The Maple
The Maple is a 24×60 modular classroom designed for school programs that need added capacity, flexibility, or long-term expansion space. With a larger internal footprint than standard classrooms, the Maple supports diverse learning layouts, integrated tech, and additional storage — all in a single, CSA A277-certified structure. It’s ideal for school districts facing enrollment growth, temporary accommodation needs, or long-term planning across multiple sites.

At 24 feet by 60 feet, the Maple offers a larger open interior that can be tailored for standard teaching, multi-use programming, or integrated storage zones. Natural light flows in through multi-pane windows, while Tarkett commercial flooring and mud & tape drywall create a clean, professional finish that’s built to last.
Inside, the Maple is IT infrastructure-ready, with a 200 amp electrical panel standard and flexible data integration options. Its high-efficiency heat pump system provides year-round comfort, supported by an energy-efficient thermal envelope designed for BC’s coastal climate.
Like all CIP Modular classrooms, it’s fully CSA A277 certified, transport-ready, and engineered for rapid site setup.
