The Sentinel
The Sentinel is a compact, professionally finished modular security station that delivers clear lines of sight, comfortable climate control, and secure access to utilities and storage. At 12 feet wide and 16 feet long, the layout supports one or two personnel with a built-in desk, cabinetry, and dedicated closet for electrical/mechanical components.
With commercial-grade flooring, mud & tape drywall, flat roof with EPDM membrane, and corrugated metal siding, this station is tough enough to handle exposed or remote deployments while still presenting a professional front of house. Large Milgard V250 windows on three sides offer excellent visibility while maintaining energy efficiency.
Other features include a ductless mini-split HVAC system, baseboard heating, programmable thermostat, motion-sensor exterior lighting, exhaust fans, and a 120/240V panel with pre-run data cabling options.
