The Alder classroom is constructed using a dual-module layout, creating a spacious, open learning environment in a 24×40 footprint. It features Tarkett commercial-grade flooring — durable, easy to clean, and designed for high foot traffic — along with mud & tape drywall that gives the interior a traditional finish and allows for easy repairs over time.
Multi-pane windows bring in natural light, while the integrated heat pump system delivers efficient year-round heating and cooling. A 200 amp electrical panel is included standard, providing plenty of capacity for lighting, teaching tools, and IT infrastructure.
Fully engineered for coastal environments, the Alder is CSA A277 certified and designed for long-term placement on a variety of foundations.
