Four private offices are positioned around a generous central multi-use area, allowing teams to work independently while still maintaining shared space for collaboration, reception, or meeting tables. A fully accessible washroom and integrated kitchenette support day-to-day operations without requiring additional site infrastructure. Inside, the finishes are durable and professional. Painted drywall, commercial-grade vinyl flooring, LED lighting, and solid-core doors provide a clean and reliable working environment. Heating is supported by electric baseboard systems and a mini-split heat pump, ensuring year-round comfort in coastal and interior climates.
The exterior is where the Hawthorn quietly sets itself apart. The gabled metal roof improves long-term weather performance while giving the building a permanent architectural presence. Corrugated metal siding with bold red accents adds contrast without feeling overstated.
