The Cedar
Built at 10 feet wide by 25 feet long, our Cedar Washcar offers a compact but highly functional layout that balances accessibility, durability, and ease of maintenance. Inside, each washroom is designed to meet ADA requirements, with proper turning radii, grab bars, and accessible fixtures. The center utility room offers secure access to water, electrical, and storage systems, and can be adapted to house greywater and freshwater tanks where infrastructure is limited or unavailable.
Cedar can be finished in several cladding options—from natural wood to vinyl or steel—and is fully insulated and ventilated for year-round usability. This model is an excellent choice for parks departments, campgrounds, and infrastructure projects where a clean, self-contained washroom facility is required. Like all CIP modular products, the Cedar is designed for code compliance, simple delivery, and minimal site disruption—ensuring that setup is fast, safe, and cost-effective.
