The Poplar
The Poplar features six fully enclosed private stalls, two urinals, and a customizable layout with separate entry points for gendered configurations, staff/student separation, or other operational needs. A large front face provides ample room for potential graphics or advertising opportunities. Also available in a 29′ XL version – which adds an additional universal washroom or janitorial/utility room for a minimal additional investment.
The structure is fully insulated, electrically heated, and sealed for use in cold or wet climates — ideal for coastal BC installations, school districts, or industrial projects. Interior finishes include easy-clean surfaces, commercial fixtures, and LED lighting, with optional mechanical upgrades for high-demand sites.
Engineered by CIP Modular and backed by CSA A277 certification, the Poplar is designed to be as permanent as you need it to be — without the delays of traditional construction.
