The Spruce

The Spruce’s layout includes separate cold storage and dry storage areas, with space-efficient design to support volume handling in a compact footprint. A central prep area features stainless steel countertops, non-slip flooring, and washable wall surfaces to meet health standards and facilitate easy cleaning.

It’s outfitted with commercial-grade handwash stations and sinks, along with fully integrated electrical, plumbing, and ventilation systems. Designed for flexibility, the Spruce can serve as a standalone kitchen, support building, or satellite food processing and storage — ready to plug in and begin operation.

As with all CIP Modular buildings, it’s CSA A277 certified, built to last, and engineered for varied climates and site conditions.
