The Arbutus
Built on the same 24×40 dual-module frame as the Alder, the Arbutus includes all of the features of our dry classroom units — including Tarkett commercial flooring, mud & tape drywall, multi-pane windows, a 200 amp panel, and efficient heat pump climate control — with the added benefit of a fully built-in washroom.
The washroom is finished with a high-durability melamine countertop, commercial-grade plumbing fixtures, and easy-clean surfaces throughout. It can be configured for accessibility depending on the site and user needs. As with all our structures, the Arbutus is fully engineered for coastal conditions, CSA A277 certified, and install-ready on a variety of foundations.
