The Drax
The Drax includes two private washrooms, each with a toilet, sink, and shower. Interiors feature Tarkett flooring, water-resistant surfaces, and durable birch cabinetry. The mechanical room provides secure access to electrical, plumbing, and ventilation systems — including a 40-gallon water heater and Panasonic ERV. Exterior cladding is finished in CIP’s charcoal and copper panel system with black trim. The Drax is ready to connect to utilities or integrate into a larger modular installation.
