The Trichome is built using CIP Modular’s permanent construction approach, prioritizing durability, envelope performance, and long-term usability.
The structure is engineered to withstand transportation stresses and coastal conditions alike, allowing for confident delivery to Vancouver Island, coastal BC, and remote Western Canadian communities. Interior finishes are selected for longevity and ease of maintenance, while mechanical and electrical systems are sized to support modern retail operations.
This is modular construction without shortcuts.
